    • Accommodation: Booking of hotels, hostels, or alternative lodging options.

    • Travel Insurance: Offering insurance options to cover various travel-related risks.

  1. Booking Procedures

  1. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined below.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Client Cancellations:
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
    • Cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the start date of the services:
      • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
      • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
      • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
    • Refunds are subject to the policies of third-party providers and may vary.
  • Provider Cancellations:
    • Perfect Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events.
    • In such cases, we will notify clients immediately and provide options for alternative arrangements or a full refund.
  1. Changes and Amendments
  • Clients wishing to change their bookings must submit a request in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Perfect Travels will make every effort to accommodate requested changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once a booking is confirmed.
  • Example: If you wish to change your travel dates, please notify us as soon as possible. If the new dates are available, we will inform you of any price differences.
  1. Travel Documentation
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documentation required for their trip.
  • Perfect Travels provides assistance in obtaining travel documents but does not guarantee approval from relevant authorities.
  • Clients are advised to check the validity and accuracy of all travel documents, as mistakes may lead to denied boarding or entry into the destination country.

  • We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
  • Perfect Travels can provide information about recommended insurance providers, but we are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages not covered by insurance policies.
  • Clients should review their insurance policies carefully to ensure adequate coverage.
  1. Responsibility and Liability
  • Perfect Travels acts as an agent for third-party service providers and, as such, is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by these providers.
  • We will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the course of travel, except in cases of our own negligence.
  • Clients are responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, and instructions given by third-party service providers during their travel.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Perfect Travels shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.
  • In such events, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions or arrange refunds, subject to the terms of the service providers involved.
  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a force majeure situation affecting their travel arrangements.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and regulations during their travels.
  • Any illegal activities or actions that could endanger the client or others may result in the termination of services without refund.
  • Clients should ensure that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in travel activities.
  • Example: If a client engages in reckless behavior, such as excessive drinking or ignoring safety instructions, Perfect Travels reserves the right to terminate their trip.
  1. Third-Party Services
  • Perfect Travels does not control the services provided by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from these services, including delays, cancellations, or changes in service.

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Perfect Travels regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether written or oral.
